Who's this Matt guy?

I'm a Baseball playing, Geek culture-loving, Storytelling kind of guy living in the Bay Area with my lovely wife and my old puppy.

My voice over journey started in my freshman year of college as a red-shirt for the CSU Monterey Bay Otter Baseball team. The announcer dropped out and I was told "You are going to announce" with very little warning. At that time public speaking was truly terrifying for me, and the prospect of being an announcer was not something I ever thought I would do. After I got my bearings and a few games under my belt, I started to get into the swing of things. Before I knew it I was announcing with bravado (Thanks Joey for the push).

After college I worked in various industries providing high quality Video productions, Audio productions, Animations, and Training Videos. Many of these projects required me to write and record the narration myself only for me to then animate the finished product. Many videos became well liked, receiving thousands of views. The happy side effect was my voice was also praised. This encouraged me to expand my voice acting horizons.

Now, I voice characters, commercials, E-learning lessons, audio books and much more!
